The article discusses the need for model retailers and retail hobby stores in the U.S. to consider moving into a new location in case of excessively high rents, cramped conditions and limited store visibility. It says that Mike and Penny Marquart scouted out various locations and bought a land close to the Bellingham International Airport in Washington. According to the author, the Marquarts built a warehouse for Mike's R/C World with a bigger race track. Details of the changes made by Blue Ridge Hobbies in Greenville, South Carolina are also provided. |
