The article examines the significance of business policy improvement for its efficacy in rural small businesses for economic development. It shows the importance of acquiring and using Internet broadband technologies in dealing with the disadvantages brought out by economic difficulties and explores the acceptance of the broadband technology by small business owners. It discusses the results and implications of new technology in future business policy decisions and research structure. |
