Abstrakt: The article focuses on recipe origins' creationist model and copyright law issues regarding the recipes of pavlova, a cream-topped meringue cake with marshmallow. It states that pavlova was named after a Russian ballerina named Anna Pavlova by the New Zealanders and Australians due to her exceptional lightness while dancing. Meanwhile, a claim from Australian chef Herbert Sachse as creator of pavlova cause a contest between the two countries and plagiarism issue.
