Abstrakt: The article discusses dental defects in the anterior maxilla area treated by prosthetic made by computer aided design/computer aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) zirconia superstructures on dental implants. It details the use of CAD/CAM manufacturing technology in the manufacture of implants for use in treating various ridge defects. It features a case of a 37-year-old woman who complained of appearance dissatisfaction on her implants fixed by using extended veneering ceramics. It also mentions the case of a 21-year old woman with anterior restoration failure resolved by a polyvinyl siloxane impression compensated by its superstructure design.
