The article presents a study examining the detection of the k-ras gene in human stool specimens using conventional polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and SYBR Green I real-time PCR. In this study, human stool samples from healthy subjects were analyzed. Spermidine-containing reaction solutions were used to explore the detection. |
