This section discusses various issues concerning feminism, media arts and activism. It explores how performance-based artists have utilized media to raise their comments on women in contemporary culture. Comments and analysis of media concerning the association between feminism and contemporary media art, including the video "Pour Your Body Out," the bookshop Hallongrottan in Scandinavia and the digital video "Mother India." A commentary on the link between women and technology is also presented. |
