Section III of the publication "Advisory Bulletins & Resource Guide: Colorado Division of Labor," is presented. It discusses youth employment in the state of Colorado. The definition of a minor under the Colorado Youth Employment Opportunity Act (CYEOA) is outlined. Examples of the permissible occupations at age nine or older include shoeshining, delivery of handbills, advertising and advertising samples, and caddying on golf courses. Details of the age certificates and school release permits required in youth employment are given. |
