The new constructions of photoreceiving linear matrixes for optical-electronic systems of remote recognition of the objects thermal image are presented in the work. The number of leads of photomatrixes is reduced up to the minimum (no more than four) that allows creating of the optical-electronic systems with high density of elements with identical sensitivity and easily reproduced production technology. For one of the proposed construction the direct amplifying of photo-signal in the linear matrixes is shown. It is accompanied by simultaneous increase of the signal-to-noise ratio on a current approximately in √ N time ( N is the number of elements in matrix). [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
