Occlusion of the proximal left dorsalis pedis artery (DPA) in a patient with Buerger's disease was treated by continuous urokinase intraarterial infusion using a microcatheter. Recanalization of the DPA and healing of a toe ulcer were achieved. The patient remains asymptomatic during a 4-year follow-up. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
