We present the preliminary results of a long-term photometric studyof V404 Cyg in quiescence. Its ellipsoidal light curvesshow the variations in both maxima and minima from year to year over 1992–2000.The most prominent are variations of the depth of minimumat phase 0.0 in V (1992–1997) and at phase 0.5 in R (1998–2000).The ∼ 6-hr QPOs persist but with variable amplitude.
