Abstrakt: |
The purpose of this paper was to explore ways in which both the client system and the academic researcher could benefit through action research. Particular attention was given to pre-intervention planning (research design) and post-intervention evaluation (measurement) of the consulting engagement. The action research concept was Illustrated by a case study which produced meaningful results for the client system as well as methodologically sound findings on group decision-making processes.
