| Abstrakt: |
The article presents a study which determines the effects of nutrient level to the induction of male gametophyte through antheridiogen in Ceratopteris richardii. The Analysis of Covariance (ANCOVA) was performed to determine the relationship between the density of gametophytes to the hermaphroditic gametophyte and the effect of varying nutrient level to this relationship. The study reveals that the nutrient levels have no significant effect on the male induction rate by means of antheridiogen. |
