Abstrakt: The article has set out the results of comparative research of the destruction of cyanide in model solutions containing a cyanide complex of copper and additives of two types of highly-disperse silica—sillard P endosorbent and a monodisperse nanodimensional hydrosol Ludox HS-30 by cultures Pseudomonas fluorescens B5040 and Pseudomonas fluorescence NCIMB 11764. It has been shown that additions of Ludox sol at the concentration 0.03–0.10% decrease the physiological activity of pseudomonades blocking the surface of the cell. Sillard P at the concentration 0.03% makes for the formation of small floccules from the cells of pseudomonades and improve dynamic indicators of destruction. An addition 0.1% of silica produces a weak inhibiting impact on the growth of cultures and destruction of the cyanide complex Na3Cu(CN)4. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
