Examines the effects of an angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor catopril in blood pressure in anephric patients. Use of double-blind cross-over trials in the study; Increase of supine blood pressure; Development of orthostatic hypotension in patient after the medication of catopril; Evidence of low plasma concentration of active renin. |
