| Abstrakt: | The article focuses on the modifications in the global financial architecture after the global crisis in 2008 and 2009. The author assesses the different impacts of financial crises and financial law on international finance. It also discusses the initiatives taken by various countries including England to improve the architecture and standards of global finance. Aside from these, he assesses the different aspects of the future challenges that would be faced by countries regarding international financial system. |
