The article offers the author's insights on the works of composer Luigi Nono, particularly the "Canti di vita e d'amore: Sul ponte di Hiroshima." The author mentions that Canti di vita e d'amore illustrates the transition of both his musical technique and politics. He states that one of the changes in Nano's compositional method was the arrangement of his orchestral writing as a series of autonomous events. However, it says that Nano's new procedure caused some problems in solo-line technique. |
