In the traditional approach, the passage to normalized estimates of correlation functions of noisy signals presumably allows one to eliminate the influence of noise on resultant errors. As is shown in this paper, the results obtained in this case nevertheless contain considerable errors caused by noise even under classical conditions. A technology is proposed for calculating robust estimates of normalized correlation functions of noisy signals. This technology allows one to considerably reduce errors caused by noise not only under classical conditions accepted in the theory of stochastic processes but also under violated classical conditions.
