| Abstrakt: | This essay recommends the strengthening of the national legal regime and the International Criminal Court (ICC) by extending the implementation of Article 88 of the Rome Statute to include provisions of substantive law. It discusses the coverage and interpretation of Article 88, the possibility of amending the article, and the adoption of international crimes stipulated in the statute. The scope and limitation of the power of the ICC is also discussed. |
