The article presents several stories on the present economic trends and data. A study from Hewitt Associates says that companies in Europe are losing lots of money by not being able to focus on very important people management matters throughout the merger and acquisition (M&A) agreement procedure. A Hay Group and Worldatwork research finds that 57% of firms plan to improve their concentration on employee engagement in assessing their reward programs throughout the following years. A report shows that just 15% of European firms project their workforce over three years ahead. A research by SDA Bocconi's Public Administration Human Resource Community (PAHRC) presents that the bulk of Italian public sector employees and managers have the maximum potential incentives. |
