Abstrakt: The article focuses on the scope and limitation of public nuisance law in the U.S. Base on the Restatement of Torts, a public nuisance is an interference to the right common of the public regarding public health and legislative act of a conduct. It states that the court explains that product liability and public nuisance are two discrete causes of action that must not overlap.
