The article discusses a case of a 50-year-old man who developed a neck and occipital pain. It was suspected that the man is suffering from subarachnoid hemorrhage, which is a common cause of sudden severe headache. Medical examination revealed that the patient had anisocoria due to a Horner's syndrome and was consequently diagnosed of aortic dissection. The patient then underwent an emergency surgery with insertions of an interposition aortic graft. |
