Abstrakt: Reports on the use of Fourier transformation (FT) in the theoretical line shape analysis of Franz-Keldysh oscillations (FKO) in detail by numerical simulations. Consistency of the FT spectra of the photoreflectance spectra including the real part, imaginary part and the modulus, with the theoretical line shapes; Electric field in the intrinsic layer of the sample without and with bias illumination and the modulation field induced by photomodulation.
