Abstrakt:	The article focuses on the Admiral Nurse service offered by Friends of the Elderly (FE). The FE Admiral, which was established by registered mental health nurse Cheryl Rothschild, supports family carers as they decide on the residential care needs of their relatives who have been diagnosed with dementia. According to the author, FE Admiral is providing significant support to dementia patients' family and the staff of the care home.
