Abstrakt: End-user computing presents a number of specific challenges in the areas of learning design. Computer literacy and anxiety is a simple problem. In the article we identified three training dimensions of literacy, namely: * awareness of the capabilities, advantages, limitations and impact of computer technology; * the acquisition of operational skills at a basic level in areas such as entry coding, processing and retrieval of information; * knowledge of the technical workings of the computer and understanding of how the components integrate.
These three components, if they are satisfactorily achieved, will provide the confidence for more advanced learning. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
