| Abstrakt: | The article discusses the rules and regulations on undergraduate women residents imposed by college hostels in India, under the guise of security. The author states that Indian womankind are safe in most of the university hostels in the country. A senior faculty member at St. Stephen's College, on his opinion on co-educational hostels, said that he would also have to build maternity wards on the campus. Some hostel rules at MCMDAV College for Women are mentioned. |
