The article offers information regarding the 22 alkaloids determined from the aerial part and roots of Aconitum karakolicum in China. It states that Aconitum plant is used to treat rheumatism, fractures and neuralgia in the country. Among the alkaloids identified include saccharose, aconitine and benzoyls. Information regarding the isolation and extraction process of the alkaloids is also presented. |
