Describes the generation of specific cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) lines of peptides that are immunodominant in generating MAGE-3-specific and human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-A24-restricted CTL. Induction of CTL that are specific for MAGE-3-derived peptides in HLA-A24[sup +] individuals; Recognition of cancer cell lines expressing both HLA-A24 molecules and MAGE-3 gene by the peptide-specific CTL. |
