| Abstrakt: |
The article focuses on the technique of volume out-of-furnace heat treatment for reducing stress in welding joints of a 3600 m3 decomposer to be used for precipitation of aluminum hydroxide. The volume heat treatment of the assembled decomposers was done by heating with the help of heating devices. The method reduced the level of total stresses by 33%, the duration of assembling operations and resulted in uniform heating. |
