Abstrakt:	The article discusses the Supply Chain Social and Environmental Responsibility (SER) program of Hewlett-Packard Co. (HP). It cites the impact of the company's social and environmental responsibility on its reputation, as well as the long history of HP's SER activity. Some of the toughest challenges encountered by HP in building its SER program are presented. Furthermore, HP's SER program have helped suppliers make continuous improvements in making long-lasting changes.
