The article focuses on the ethical and professional standards of coaching in volleyball. It states that there is a need for assessment in terms of professional strengths and limitations to identify coaches' field of specialty. It presents various types of personal vulnerabilities such as burnout, personal life crisis, and unexamined personal fears or desires. It notes that these vulnerabilities must be prevented to eliminate ethical violations. |
