| Abstrakt: |
The article reports on the use of financial simulation modeling to cope with the uncertainty of budget for clinical trials. It notes that assumptions can be seen by trial managers with the use of the simulation. It adds that the simulation puts the manager at a higher level of sophistication and a greater change of achieving financial goals. It cites that half of all clinical trials in the U.S. experience delays and missing the completion deadlines. |
