| Abstrakt: | The article discusses the importance of retail tilt-up, a construction method that becomes the choice for the retail construction industry. According to Jim Baty, technical director of the Tilt-Up Concrete Association (TCA) in Mount Vernon, Iowa, tilt-up has the ability to reduce construction time and deliver a final product on a reduced budget. It also discusses some advantages of tilt-up including cost effectiveness, mixed-use applications and speed. |
