Abstrakt: The article describes the case of a 34-year-old Caucasian man who was referred to the outpatient clinic of the San Giovanni Battista Hospital Foligno, Perugia, Italy, due to an accidental finding of nephrotic range proteinuria. He was diagnosed with primary membranous glomerulonephritis. After being seen by dermatologist due to a rash, he was again admitted to the hospital. The patient demonstrated membranous nephropathy, a rash, meningitis, ocular involvement and peliosis hepatis due to secondary syphilis with involvement of the central nervous system.
