| Abstrakt: |
The article presents a study which analyzes the effects of biocide triclosan (TCS) toxicity on zebrafish adults and during early-life stages. It notes that embryo and larvae assay followed the Organisation for Economic Co-operation & Development (OECD) guideline on Fish Embryo Toxicity Test. The results showed deleterious effects of TCS on zebrafish including hatching delay, embryotoxicity, and alterations of biomarkers levels. |
