An essay is presented about weapon choice and U.S. political violence. It focuses on the research conducted by Richard L. Legault and James C. Hendrickson which argued that firearm violence differs between those labeled as criminals and those labeled as terrorists. Their research highlights the difference between federal felons and terrorists especially when it comes to gaining access to firearms and the use of firearms in the commission of criminal or terrorism acts. |
