Abstrakt: The article presents research on organizational change. The theory of a continuous change model, in which organizations must constantly adapt to change while at the same time attempting to establish stability, is examined. It is found that organizations are capable of change even if inertia is being created within them, and that organizations which continuously adapt to change will have smaller variations in performance than those with a higher degree of stability.
