| Abstrakt: | The article offers information on the opening of the Fourth Avenue Underpass in Tucson, Arizona on August 20, 2009. The said underpass was completed after two years of construction that connected to the east of downtown in the city which costs to almost 46 million dollars. According to the marketing events coordinator for the Fourth Avenue Merchants Association, Kurt Tallis, they are blessed to have the passageway reopened since it signals further development to the downtown. |
