Abstrakt: We believe the paper may be of particular interest to the readers of your journal. It is a commentary on van Hoorn et al: Pentalogy of Cantrell: two patients and a review to determine prognostic factors for optimal approach (Eur J Pediatr (2008) 167:29-35). The correct definition of pentalogy of Cantrell and ectopia cordis was described in the text and the determinant factor that affects the prognosis of pentalogy of Cantrell was discussed.
