The article presents a forecast on political conditions in Croatia and its relations with other countries for the period of 2009 to 2010. The challenges the government may face during the period include the need to unblock the stalled European Union (EU) accession negotiations and combating corruption and organised crime. Slovenia is expected to continue blocking Croatia's accessions negotiations. |
