Abstrakt: The article presents a study which investigates the evolution of computerized cardiotocography parameters (cCTG) of normal heart rate pattern in large population of fetuses throughout their gestation. It was found out that high fetal rate (FHR) variation was high at 25 weeks gestation and there was an opposite trend of basal FHR variation at 42 weeks. It suggests that normal FHR pattern are characterized in the early phase of gestation and can abruptly be changed after 42 weeks.
