Studies the spin-dependent effects in charge carrier photogeneration in amorphous molecular semiconductor with charge transfer-complex centers. Observed photogeneration within the absorption region of the charge-transfer complex; Changes of the positive and negative effects of magnetic field influence on carriers photogeneration efficiency. |
