The article focuses on a project regarding the estimation of the relationship between performance of a team on-field and its resulting revenues. It states that the project was based on the previous project regarding the estimation of marginal revenue product of major-league players on 1979 in University of Chicago in Illinois. The process merges statistical analysis, mainly multiple regression and exhaustive financial analysis along with the team's attendance, broadcast and other categories. |
