Discusses the measurement of the surface impedance of unpatterned superconducting YBa[sub 2]Cu[sub 3]O[sub 7] using coherent terahertz time-domain spectroscopy. Measurement of both the real and imaginary parts of the surface impedance; Phase changes of the terahertz bandwidth pulses transmitted through the superconducting films. |
