Abstrakt: The article discusses the study which aims to examine the importance of tumor necrosis factor receptor ( (TNFRI) signaling in the hematopoietic tissue compartment in collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). The study used mice as laboratory animal and received RNFRI bone marrow for advanced diseased of the immune response to collagen and clinical evidence. In addition, the result of the study suggests TNFRI-mediated signals in the radioresistant tissues.
