The article presents a case study of a 34-year-old Asian woman who was referred to the general surgeons due to 2-day history of lower abdominal pain and inability to lie flat. According to the article, the patient was taking Marvelon for contraception and has experienced withdrawal bleed for 2 weeks. Following her qualitative urinary pregnancy test, the woman has intraabdominal bleeding and was admitted to a surgical ward. |
