Abstrakt:	The article discusses a medical study investigating the correlation between intra-abdominal pressure (IAP) and colonic ischaemia following the ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm (rAAA). The method used in the study is described, along with the consideration of the subjects who are 52 patients with open rAAA. According to the result, following rAAA, IAP is associated with colonic hypoperfusion.
