The article focuses on the various laws which were implemented in the European countries during 2008. In 2008 several European countries adopted the European Regulation on Law Applicable to contractual obligations and non-contractual obligations to create greater harmonization and discourage forum shopping. On November 1, 2008, Germany adopted the Act on the Modernization of the Law on Limited Liability Companies and the Prevention of Malpractice generally called as MoMiG. |
