Abstrakt: Studies photoinitiated reactions after infrared excitation from the LiHF and LiDF complexes in the reactant valley. Broad bands at which the probability of forming LiF products is very high; Reaction probability; Tunneling through the barrier; Main excitation that corresponds to the HF stretch within the complex; Active mode for the reaction in agreement with the presence of a late barrier.
