| Abstrakt: |
The article offers information on multifocal oral squamous cell carcinoma. A case of several of intraoral carcinomas affecting two intraoral sites is presented. It explores the significance of early recognition of oral carcinomas and the implication that common tissue may develop multiple foci of malignant transformation when exposed to a common carcinogen. It also discusses the effect of heavy use of tobacco and alcohol on the malignant transformation of the common tissue that lines the oral cavity. |
