| Abstrakt: |
The article focuses on small business finance and management during the recession. The recession has had surprisingly little effect on the creation of new business enterprises in the U.S., which increased slightly in 2008 from 2007. An economist from the U.S. Small Business Administration speculates that entrepreneurship increases in poor economic conditions because persons are more inclined to seek alternatives to their current situation. |
